EXERCISES

As part of your plan of management, you will likely have been given a set of exercises that will help you manage your discomfort at home.  Below are some of the common exercises that we recommend.

 You can also click on the title of the exercise form to be taken to a separate site with video instructions for the exercises. 

 

Please remember that our general instructions for exercises is that they should be uncomfortable, but they should not be painful.  If your exercises seem to be aggravating your condition please feel free to reach out to us for help.
