Online Booking for appointments...

Please use the links below to book appointments with our team chiropractors.

 

Once you have selected a practitioner, you will then be able to select a time and appointment type. 

​

For patients who are new to online booking, you will need to register with our system. Once you select a date and time for your appointment, simply click on the "register now" link.  You will be able to create a user name and password.  You will use this each time you want to book an appointment online.

​

Please note:  You cannot cancel appointments online.  To cancel an appointment please send us an email or call the office at 519-653-1470 ext 351.

New Patients: Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to fill out paper work and ensure that we can start your appointment on time.  In order to speed up the process, please feel free to print out intake forms and fill them out at home prior to your visit.  Our forms can be found here.
