Please use the link below to book appointments with our team chiropractors.

 

This link will take you to our online booking portal.  Once on the site you will be able to chose the service that you are booking as well as the provider.

If you are either new to our office or have not booked online before you will be prompted to fill in some demographic information prior to scheduling your appointment.

If you are new to our office or if it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, please select "Consultation/Exam" for your appointment type to ensure that we have adequate time for your appointment.

Please note:  You can cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance online.  To cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice,  please send us an email or call the office at 519-653-1470 ext 351.

New Patients: Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to fill out paper work and ensure that we can start your appointment on time.  In order to speed up the process, please feel free to print out intake forms and fill them out at home prior to your visit.  Our forms can be found here.
